Successful delivery and installation of your new console furniture is only the first step in helping you achieve your center’s performance goals. This year, we have doubled down on our warranty and service offering to maximize your investment. 

1. Site Readiness

Your account manager and lead installer will check-in with you regularly leading up to your scheduled delivery to ensure that you and your space are ready for delivery.  They will walk you through the site checklist and provide guidance on best practices and participate in meetings with other trades. We also offer site preparation services that include removal and disposal of existing furniture.

2. Delivery & Installation

on-time delivery and installation of dispatch console workstationsOur team of certified experienced installers will be on-site when the truck arrives to offload your new consoles.  Working with regional install teams, the Installation lead is your designated point of contact during the installation process.  They take inventory of the delivery, stage components for installation, perform quality checks on every console and complete the final walk-thru with your designated contact. Well assembled consoles will last longer and require less maintenance over their lifetime.

3. Preventative Maintenance and Cleaning

Everyday care for your console furniture will go a long way towards increasing their longevity. It is the first line of defense. Watson provides resources including Maintenance & Care guidelines, Wire-up Guides, and more that will help your teams better understand the user benefits of a clean and clear work space. In addition, the Watson Field Service team can recommend a periodic deep cleaning and preventative maintenance service well-suited to support the size and habits of your center.  

4. Responsive Customer Service

Every member of the Watson Consoles’ team understands the mission critical nature of our customer’s operations.  We have designed our customer care channels to be to be responsive 24/7 and have standard service levels for all product issues. Our knowledgeable account management and field service teams are at-the-ready to help.

The Watson Consoles' team is here to keep your consoles running as long as you need them. We take great pride in manufacturing our products from raw materials and we stand by our quality with a lifetime warranty for all products that we build in-house and a full 10 years on all electronics and buy-out parts!  No other manufacturer offers this level of protection.

At no additional cost to you, Watson Consoles offers a lifetime warranty on
ALL parts manufactured by Watson. This includes wood and metal - worksurfaces,
cabinets, doors & screens. If any Watson part fails at any time while installed
with the original console purchaser, you’re covered!

In addition, electronics and buy-out parts, along with associated freight and labor,
are covered for 10 years. This includes switches, lifting columns, and climate controls. 

This means $0 cost to you for the first 10 years of ownership!
